Farm Manager
Hugo (pictured in the middle) is our farm manager. He was born in our farm and has been with us ever since, inheriting the love for the land from his father who has been tirelessly and proudly working with us for 45 years. His cousin Diego (pictured on the left) works along his side, and Jorge (on the right) gives us the superb technical support that allows us to bring you these fantastic coffees.
Hugo works for us full time. We also employ regularly 8 to 10 women and men from the region on a part-time basis. During harvest times, we will need to rely on the labor of up to 20 of our neighbors for several months.
We pay our employees and collaborators living wages well above the minimum established by law, and with all the required health, pension, vacation and recreation benefits.
