Iván and Héctor work for us full time. We also employ regularly 8 to 10 women and men from the region on a part-time basis. During harvest times, we will need to rely on the labor of up to 30 of our neighbors for several months.
We pay our employees and collaborators living wages well above the minimum established by law, and with all the required health, pension, vacation and recreation benefits.

Iván Gómez is our farm manager. He has a degree in logistics administration and is in charge of everything about the farm including the coffee and the supporting team.
Andres owns Buenavista Alta with his wife Natalia and their children Santiago and Luciana.
